What you are buying

JGM Trading sells trading education: a daily live session, written pre-market and post-market notes, a course, a trade journal, and access to the Dev Levels indicator on TradingView.

You are buying access for a period of time. You are not buying trade recommendations, and you are not hiring anyone to manage money for you.

We are not your financial adviser

JGM Traiding LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor, and nothing we publish is personalised investment advice.

Everything on this site is educational and general. It does not account for your finances, your risk tolerance or your circumstances, and it is not a recommendation to enter any particular trade. What you do with your own money is your decision and your responsibility.

No promise of results

Trading futures and options carries substantial risk, including the loss of more than you deposit. Most people who try to trade for a living do not succeed.

We do not promise profits, income, or any particular outcome, and nothing said by us, by Joe, or by any member should be read as one. Any result described anywhere on this site is one person's past experience and is not typical, not verified as representative, and not a prediction of yours.

Your membership is yours alone

A membership is personal and non-transferable. One person, one account.

Sharing your login, sharing the indicator, or passing course material to anyone else ends the membership without a refund. Course videos, written notes, and the Dev Levels indicator are our property and are licensed to you for your own use while your membership is active. You may not copy, record, re-publish, resell, or use them to build a competing product.

• Do not share your login or your TradingView access.
• Do not record, download, or redistribute lessons.
• Do not scrape or bulk-download anything from the member area.
• Do not use the community to solicit members or promote another service.

Term, renewal and cancellation

Mind Over Market is a single payment for twelve months of access. It is not a subscription, it does not renew, and nothing is charged to you again. At the end of the twelve months your access ends unless you choose to buy another year.

Dev Levels on its own is a monthly subscription. It renews each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.

Cancel a subscription any time from your Whop account. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access through the period you have already paid for.

If a price changes, the new price applies to anything you buy after the change. It is never applied to a term you have already paid for.

Payment

Payments are handled by Whop. We do not see or store your card details.

If you hold a monthly subscription, you are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. If a monthly charge fails, access may be suspended until it is resolved.

Refunds

All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for the full terms, which you also agree to when you buy.

Suspending or ending an account

We can suspend or end a membership for sharing access, abusing other members or staff, attempting to break or bypass the site's access controls, or using the material to compete with us. Where someone is removed for breaking these terms, no refund is given.

You can stop at any time by cancelling.

Third-party services

Using JGM Trading means using services we do not control: Whop for payment, TradingView for the indicator, Discord for the community, and YouTube for streams. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or their decisions about your account with them.

In particular, TradingView access depends on TradingView. We grant it; we cannot force it.

Availability

We aim to publish the daily material every trading day and to keep the site up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Markets, travel, illness and outages happen. Nothing here is a service level commitment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, JGM Traiding LLC is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of JGM Trading. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell members before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
