Refund Policy

All sales are final

We do not offer refunds, in whole or in part, for any membership, at any point in the term. This applies whether or not you use the material.

This is stated on the checkout page, above the payment form, so that nobody buys without seeing it.

Why

Access is immediate and the material is digital. The moment a membership starts you are in the room: the daily notes, the live sessions, the community and everything published in the course so far, and none of it can be handed back. The course grows through the year, and indicator access is granted to the TradingView username you connect.

What you can do instead

Mind Over Market is a single payment for twelve months. There is nothing to cancel, because there is no second charge. Your access runs the full twelve months either way.

If you hold the monthly Dev Levels subscription, you can cancel it at any time from your Whop account. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access through the month you have already paid for.

You will never be charged again for a subscription you have cancelled.

If something is genuinely wrong

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or cannot get access to something you paid for, that is not a refund question, it is a mistake, and we will fix it. Get in touch through the member Discord, or through your Whop account, which is where your purchase and billing live.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, raise it with us first. Opening a chargeback instead of asking ends the membership, and we will provide the payment processor with a record of the purchase and this policy.

Your statutory rights

Where the law in your country gives you a cancellation or refund right that cannot be waived, that law applies regardless of anything above.
