Risk Disclosure

Read this before you trade anything. It is the most important page on this site.
You can lose money, including more than you put in
Trading futures and options involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. Leverage works in both directions: it can turn a small move against you into a loss far larger than your initial margin, and in some circumstances you can owe more than your account holds.
Only trade with money you can genuinely afford to lose entirely.
Most people who try this do not succeed
That is true of retail trading generally, and it is true regardless of what education they buy. Published figures from brokers and regulators consistently show that a majority of retail accounts lose money.
Buying access to JGM Trading does not change that, and we would rather say so plainly than let anyone believe otherwise.
We make no earnings claims
We do not promise, project or imply any level of profit or income. We do not publish typical results, because we do not track our members' brokerage accounts and would have no honest basis for the number.
Anything you see anywhere, from us or from another member, describing a result is that individual's own past experience. It is not typical, not verified, and not an indication of what you will do.
Education, not advice
JGM Traiding LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or commodity trading advisor. Nothing here is personalised advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
The daily notes, the levels and the live sessions describe how Joe reads a market and what he is watching. They are teaching material. Any decision you make from them is yours.
About the Dev Levels indicator
Dev Levels draws levels on a chart from a formula. It is a tool for seeing structure, not a signal service, and it does not tell you when to enter or exit. It can be wrong, it does not predict anything, and it should never be the only reason for a trade.
Hypothetical and simulated results
Any example trade shown for teaching is discussed after the fact, with the benefit of hindsight, and no real money was necessarily at stake. Hypothetical performance has inherent limitations: it does not involve real financial risk, and no simulated record can fully account for how risk feels or behaves when it is your own money.
Prop firm evaluation accounts are simulated accounts. Passing one is not the same as trading live capital.
Past performance
Past performance is not indicative of future results. This applies to Joe's trading, to any member's trading, and to any example on this site.
